Model GKF Explosion proof Peeler Centrifuge is filter type centrifuge with continuous running and interval operation, GMP requirements have been taken into full consideration in structure and system design. It is suitable for pharmacy manufacturing and explosion proof occasions. Wall separation type installation fully separates the working area from machine stand, drive, hydraulic device, it has separate hydraulic system and lubrication system, it is allocated with nitrogen protection system (optional), on-line washing & cleaning system (optional), gas counter-blow system (optional), PLC program control, inverter, resistance power consumption braking. Its control methods include automatic control and manual control. Feeding, separation, washing, de-watering, discharging and regeneration of filter cloth, on-line washing & cleaning, nitrogen protection are operated by pre-set programs, single cycle time is short, its treatment capacity is large, it may achieve rather dry sludge(Filter cake contains low moisture) and good washing effect. In addition to normal uses, Model GKF Explosion Proof peeler centrifuge is especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of material with small viscosity, which has poison and is harmful, easy to be burnt and easy to be explosive. It is mainly used in solid-liquid separation of medical and food industries. Features 1. It has applied PLC and touch screen control (touch screen is optional part), the program is preset, care-free automatic operation may realize human-machine dialogue, the operation and maintenance are rather convenient. 2. The action parts are automatically controlled by electrical and hydraulic devices. Cleaning before feeding, feeding, preliminary filtration, washing, precise filtration, discharging, gas counter-blow, cleaning between lots are fully supervised. 3. Separate electrical control box may realize remote control. 4. Safety protection: rotational speed testing, over vibration protection, cover opening protection, overload and overheat protection of the motor, mechanical and electrical double control for rotation of the scraper. 5. The machine stand is fully welded, the structure is compact, the load undertaking strength is higher. It has applied wall separation type design, the drive, machine stand, motor, hydraulic system are installed in the non-clean area, the rotary drum and out-shell are located in the clean area, the surface plate of machine frame and the wall are softly linked, so that the clean area and non-clean area may separate. 6. The out-shell has applied large turn-over cover, which makes it convenient to wash and clean the rotary drum thoroughly. It has applied quick open type hydraulic locking structure, the operation is rather convenient. 7. The motor and main engine of the centrifuge are installed as a whole, which makes it convenient for user to install and use, which also reduces space of the machine. 8. It has applied full sealing structure, the sealing parts have applied silicon rubber or fluorine rubber. 9. It has applied inverter, the rotational speed of the rotary drum can be non-grade modulated. Speed of feeding, washing, separation, discharging, blowing of remaining filter cakes can be optionally set. 10. It has designed and applied vibration separation device and rubber vibration reduction base, the running of the machine is stable, the vibration and noise is greatly reduced, which has improved the work environment of the workshop. The hazard of vibration of machine to equipment and the environment can be reduced. 11. The part of centrifuge which contacts with the materials to be separated are all made of stainless steel, which may improve the erosion-proof property of the centrifuge and hygienic requirements. 12. It is allocated with gas counter-blow device (optional part), which may assist the scraper for scraping and reduce remaining filter cake. 13. On-line washing & cleaning system is allocated (optional part). There are several washing heads inside the centrifuge for the outside surface of the rotary drum, discharging funnel, observation mirror, bottom of the drum, etc. On-line (in-position) washing can be realized, so that clean requirement of technology can be realized. 14. It can be allocated with nitrogen protection system (optional part). The work zone of the centrifuge is filled with nitrogen, the control system can automatically control nitrogen concentration so as to meet the explosion-proof requirements.
